Coconut Snowballs

The perfect dessert.

Ingredients:

For plain balls:
2 cups Coconut King Shredded Coconut
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk

For chocolate balls:
2 cups Coconut King Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup dates
1/2 bag shredded coconut
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

For date and oat balls:
1/2 cup pitted dates
2 cups Coconut King Shredded Coconut
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup rolled oats

For each, combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and sticky. You can slowly add more coconut or condensed milk to any recipe if the mixture seems too dry or two wet. Roll into balls with your hands. Chill in the fridge until ready to eat!
